GENERAL

When should I use which products in connection with training?

Before training: Apply Warmth Booster to the muscle groups you expect to strain during your workout to improve your warm-up before getting started.
After training: Massage the strained muscle groups with Magnesium Serum to deliver magnesium directly to the area, ensuring immediate effect and optimal recovery.

When should I use which products for tension?

Many find that back and neck tension is relieved by using both Magnesium Serum and Warmth Booster. Our Magnesium Serum – available in both roll-on and spray – has a calming effect, while the Warmth Booster provides a warming sensation that helps with relaxation and overall well-being as needed. First, massage the area with Magnesium Serum, then apply Warmth Booster.

What does a Magnesium Serum do?

RSLT magnesium-based products contain an extremely high concentration of magnesium (>50%), which plays a crucial role in bodily functions. Magnesium helps maintain normal muscle function and supports the body's natural recovery process. Magnesium Serum spray and roll-on are particularly useful for muscle tension or post-exercise recovery, helping the body regain balance and relaxation.

Can RSLT help with heel spurs?

Heel spurs are typically caused by overuse and require rest and possibly professional treatment. In addition, many benefit from using Magnesium Serum (spray or roll-on) to massage the feet before applying a rich cream. The warming effect of Warmth Booster may also provide relief.

WARMTH BOOSTER

Can Warmth Booster be used on children?

Because the warming effect can become very intense for some individuals, we do not recommend using it on young children. Additionally, since the product contains chili extract, which can be very strong if ingested, Warmth Booster should be kept out of reach of small children.

What should I do if Warmth Booster feels too hot?

Because the skin is a large, living organ, the way Warmth Booster feels on the skin can vary.
If the warming effect feels too intense, you can reduce it by applying oil to the area.

Warmth Booster is NOT Getting Warm – What Should I Do?

The skin is a large, living organ, which is why the experience of Warmth Booster can vary from person to person.
Some feel the warming effect immediately, while others may need a bit extra activation to reach the optimal warmth.

If you don’t experience the desired warmth, start by applying more product. This can be repeated every 10 minutes until the desired heat is achieved.

You can then reactivate the warmth by adding external or internal heat for up to 24 hours.
Try, for example: A warm bath, A short blast from a hairdryer, 15 minutes of intense movement to generate natural body heat.

How Long Does Warmth Booster Stay Warm?

The duration of the warming effect from Warmth Booster varies from person to person.
For most people, it can be reactivated for up to 24 hours, either by adding external heat (e.g., a warm bath) or, even better, by generating internal heat through physical activity.

Can Warmth Booster Be Used on the Face?

In principle, you can use Warmth Booster on any area of intact skin. However, since the product contains chili extract, it is important to be cautious and avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes.

Can Warmth Booster Be Used Together with Magnesium Serum?

Yes, they complement each other very well. You can read the answers to the questions under "General" on this page to learn how to get the best results from them.

In What Order Should Warmth Booster and Magnesium Serum Be Used for Best Results?

It depends on what you are using them for.

For tension: First, massage the area with Magnesium Serum, then apply Warmth Booster.

For training: Use Warmth Booster before your workout and Magnesium Serum after your workout.

MAGNESIUM SERUM

What Is the Difference Between Magnesium Spray and Roll-On?

The main difference lies in how the product is applied to the body, while the magnesium content is the same in both products. Magnesium Spray is typically more convenient and easier to use on larger areas, for example, after an intense workout. Magnesium Roll-On is more precise and easier to apply to targeted areas, such as neck tension after a long day at the office.

Where on the Body Should Magnesium Serum Be Applied?

Apply Magnesium Serum to areas that feel strained, either after exercise or in case of tension. Magnesium chloride is absorbed through the skin and works at the cellular level within just a few minutes.

Magnesium Serum Stings/Itches Upon Application – Is This Normal?

Due to its high salt content, it is completely normal for Magnesium Serum to tingle, sting, or itch when applied to the skin.

If you experience stinging or itching, we recommend applying the product to damp skin to reduce its concentration. Additionally, you may find it helpful to apply a mild lotion or nourishing oil afterward.

If the tingling sensation persists, you can wash off the excess product after 20-30 minutes while still benefiting from the magnesium already absorbed into the skin.

Over time, the tingling sensation will gradually decrease as your body's magnesium levels balance out.

Should I Use Magnesium Serum Before or After Training?

When you exercise, your muscles naturally deplete their magnesium stores, which is why it makes great sense to replenish magnesium by applying it topically after training.

If you practice endurance sports, you can also apply Magnesium Serum during your workout for additional support. However, in most cases, it is most beneficial to use it immediately after training.

Pro tip: Apply it right after your shower and massage it well into the skin - your body will thank you!

CAN I USE Magnesium Serum TOGETHER WITH Warmth Booster?

Yes, they complement each other very well. You can read the answers to the questions under "General" on this page to learn how to get the best results from them.

Can Magnesium Serum Be Used on the Face?

Both Magnesium Roll-On and Spray can be used on the face, but be careful to avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. If the high salt content irritates the delicate skin on your face, consider applying a good moisturizer afterward.

Why Is My Magnesium Serum Not Clear/Transparent?

Magnesium Serum has an extremely high magnesium content, which is a salt mineral - and the salt can react to cold temperatures, turning white. The product will become transparent again once it reaches room temperature.

Can I Use Magnesium Serum Every Day?

Yes, in fact, you get the best effect when using it daily.

It is especially important, if you use it frequently, to add extra moisture and nourishment to your skin, for example, with a good cream or body oil.

If you experience skin irritation due to the high salt content, you can wash off the excess product 20-30 minutes after application to reduce discomfort.
