By shopping on www.rsltboost.com, you accept the following terms and conditions:


Shipping

We offer delivery with:

  • GLS home delivery or parcel shop: 39 DKK
  • DAO to parcel shop: 39 DKK
    Free shipping on orders over 499 DKK

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and delivered within 1-3 business days.


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

Withdrawal Period


The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your order. If your order includes multiple items that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the last item.

How to Cancel Your Purchase

To cancel your purchase, you must notify us within the withdrawal period. You can send an email to info@rsltboost.com or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

Returns

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. The package must be sent with GLS business delivery directly to:

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any potential damage during transport.


No Right of Withdrawal

You cannot withdraw from purchases of sealed products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.


Condition of the Item Upon Return

If the item has been used in a way that reduces its value, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Missing packaging may result in depreciation.


Refunds

We will refund the purchase amount (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.


Complaints

You have a 24-month warranty. If your complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs and offer either a replacement, refund, or price reduction.

To submit a complaint, email info@rsltboost.com with:

  • A picture of the defect
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number


Purchases and Payments

On rslt.com, payments can be made via:

  • MobilePay
  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

The amount will only be charged once the item has been shipped.


Resale of Products

Products purchased from RSLT may not be resold or distributed without written permission. Violation may result in legal action.


Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, you can contact us at info@rsltboost.com. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

When purchasing from rslt.com, we register the necessary personal data to process your order. This data is stored for 5 years and handled confidentially.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or countries with equivalent data protection laws. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at info@rsltboost.com for assistance.
